I truly enjoyed the hotel, received brilliant service.

The place was fairly clean, I booked the twin/double room with riverside views, everything was good. The location was marvellous, with pubs and cafés walking distance to the hotel.

The hotel was chic, I liked brand-new rooms and cooperative staff. The location was peaceful and perfect, very close to the mighty Mekong river, local restaurants and Chiang Khong. It also was easy to get to from bus station.

This place had a great location, very close to Laos and Thailand, with a promenade by the river.

This hotel offers great value for money with its stunning views of the river from the rooms with perfect little balconies to sit out on. The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast buffet is also very good and located in the hotel restaurant, providing a beautiful start to the day.

No major issues, just some minor improvements could be made. The 'ding-dong' sound from the elevator can be a bit loud and audible in the rooms, although not many people use it at night.

The rooms at Fortune Riverview Hotel were light and cheery, with a comfortable bed and great views of the river from the balcony. Despite some small maintenance issues, the staff were welcoming and helpful. The hotel's location, though a bit out of the way, provided a serene atmosphere and the restaurant served decent food. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

I loved staying at this hotel for so many reasons! the prices were incredibly reasonable for what you get. From the basic amenities like the safe, fridge, and hairdryer in the room, to the nice touch of having bathrobes and slippers provided, this hotel really pays attention to detail. The location, right on the river, was absolutely stunning and made for a beautiful view from my balcony. Speaking of the rooms, they were spacious and comfortable, with a nice balcony to enjoy the scenery. And let's not forget about breakfast, which was delicious and a great way to start the day!

As women traveling alone, we felt safe and comfortable at the hotel. the staff were friendly and helpful, even going out of their way to assist us with our baggage and arranging transportation. the river view from our balcony was absolutely stunning and provided a serene atmosphere. the room was spacious and well-equipped with amenities such as a safe, fridge, hairdryer, and air conditioning. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a restaurant in the hotel, where we could have a delicious meal while enjoying the majestic Mekong river.

The view from the balcony was impressive and the room was clean. The location was convenient and a short walk from the bus stop. , the desk helped us organize a tuk-tuk to visit some local shops and see some of the town.

The food wasn't great. We ordered in-house after getting back fairly late, but it was just okay.
